Labour coverage: Begins day 31 after installation, or day 31 after application and payment are received — whichever is later. Parts coverage: Begins in Year 2, or after the Midea manufacturer's warranty expires — whichever is later. Larger systems: Systems with 5 or more zones, or over 3 Tons capacity, require the purchase of an additional plan — confirm at time of quote.

Covers mechanical and electrical failures under normal residential use. One explicit exclusion applies.

How parts and labour work together During Year 1, Midea's manufacturer warranty covers parts — this plan covers labour from day 31. From Year 2 onward, or once the manufacturer warranty expires, this plan covers both parts and labour for the remainder of your term.
Not the same as an ECM Maintenance Plan The warranty covers failures. ECM's maintenance plan covers the annual cleaning, tune-ups, and diagnostics that help prevent them — and those are explicitly excluded from this warranty. Eligibility

Available on new Midea equipment installed by ECM Corp only. Cannot be added to an existing system after installation. ECM is a registered Midea partner serving Kingston, Belleville, Loyalist Township, Gananoque, and surrounding Eastern Ontario.
